Nose: Bright, roasted, oaky aromas of maple chocolate fudge, caramelized nuts, toasted meringue, and dried apples.

Palate: A vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a peppery, interesting, medium-length bananas foster, tapioca, coconut meat.

Finish: Cherry finish.
