It was distilled in Orkney back in 2007, but no clues as to which distillery was responsible. 14 years later, including a finishing period in an Oloroso sherry cask, it was bottled up with an outturn of 348 bottles.

Nose: Toasted sugar, brown bread with butter, orange liqueur, new leather leading into subtle savoury smoke.

Palate: Rye bread with marmalade, Christmas cake, toasty vanilla pod, crushed cinnamon.

Finish: Strong espresso and dried redcurrants.
