Rum Plantation Fiji 2005 is a liquor produced by the Tum Company of Fiji, based on molasses, distilled in a triple column apparatus. First matured in the tropics, in American bourbon casks for 14 years, then it went to France, where it spent another year in Ferrand cognac casks.
