This 16-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing’s Old Particular series was distilled at the Port Dundas distillery in 2004 and bottled in 2021. It has been aged in a single refill hogshead cask and is bottled at a proof of 96.8. On the nose, this whisky has aromas of apples, toffee, and oak. On the palate, there are notes of citrus, toffee, and oak. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of spice. This is a great whisky for anyone who enjoys a good single malt Scotch.
