The Primitivo Tenute Emera 2022 is a deep, dark red Italian wine produced in the Puglia region. It has an intense nose of ripe black fruit, dark chocolate, sweet spices and a hint of minerality. On the palate, this full-bodied red is packed with flavours of dark cherry, plum, fig, licorice, and cocoa. The finish is long and smooth with a pleasant touch of black pepper. This wine pairs well with red meat dishes, tomato-based pastas, and aged cheeses.
