Nose: Forest floor and freshly‑cut green olive leaves, drizzled with olive oil; subtle citrus zest and herbal thyme rise gently, while juniper and coriander lie beneath.

Palate: Smooth and velvet‑textured from the olive oil, with juniper still present but tempered by the savory olive, herbaceous note of artichoke and a whisper of lemon; the oil lends a creamy mouthfeel.

Finish: A lingering savory warmth with gently drying olive pit bitterness, fresh herb echoes (thyme/olive leaf) and a lingering crisp astringency that keeps it clean and structured.
