An independent bottling by Wild Parrot, this rum from the Réunion Island was aged there first for a year before it was transferred to the UK to mature for a further five years. It was bottled at a feisty 60.8% ABV.

Nose: Impressive and charming nose.

Palate: On the palate it is very elegant, rich and full-bodied.

Finish: Impressive length on the finish, very unique and complex.

Distillery Information

Louis and Charles established the Isautier family business, which bears the same name to this day. It is the oldest rum distillery on Reunion Island and the oldest business on the island today. Six successive generations have passed on their knowledge, creating an epic story which spans nearly two hundred years.
