This Cuvée pays tribute in the most beautiful way possible to the year of creation of the Rivière Du Mât rhum Distillery. Marked by the volcanic terroir of the sugarcane fields, this blend of rare rums.

Nose: Powerful and full-bodied, with scent of precious orient, sweet spices, exotic woods and amber gris.

Palate: Suave, combining scent of macerated exotic fruits with notes of gray pepper and fresh chili pepper.

Finish: Long aromatic finish supported by a powerful structure.

Distillery Information

Founded in 1886, Rivière du Mât is one of Réunion's (France) oldest distilleries still in operation today. In their pursuit of energy efficiency from distillation residues the Distillery built its first digester in 2011.
