Hailing from an undisclosed Orcadian distillery, this single malt matured for 18 years in a single oloroso sherry butt between 2005 and 2023. A total of 576 bottles join the Cask Strength Collection from independent bottler Signatory.

Nose: Great elegance and charm on the nose.

Distillery Information

In 2018, Stephen and Aly realised their long-held dream and opened the Orkney Distillery on the Kirkwall harbour front. Thanks in part to his original background in construction and property, Stephen was able to design and build the distillery, which features a working distillery, cafe, shop, and bar.
