This whiskey is made with barley, rye, and malted wheat, which has been smoked over mesquite wood. This unique combination of grains imparts a deep, complex flavor that is rich and full-bodied. The whiskey is aged in new, charred oak barrels, which adds hints of caramel, vanilla, and other subtle nuances. The finish is long and smooth, with an elegant balance of smoke, oak, and spice.
