This Navy Strength take on Seppeltsfield Rd's classic house gin was created to mark the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra's 85th anniversary. Each gin this brand creates actually donates to the orchestra as part of its commitment to supporting the classical music community. Its botanicals list includes the likes of liquorice root, pink peppercorn, blue cornflowers, elderflower, chamomile, cinnamon, grapefruit, and orange.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: Piney juniper, bittersweet pink grapefruit, aromatic spice, and some sweet floral notes in the backdrop.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
