St Giles Distillery, named after the historic St Giles area of London known for its gin shops in the 18th century, is an English gin producer that captures the spirit of adventure both in their branding and their product. Situated in the heart of Norfolk, St Giles Distillery is equipped with a custom-made copper still named 'Anna', which has been designed especially for the delicate and complex process of creating their gins. The design of the still ensures that each botanical is perfectly distilled to give a consistent flavour profile to each batch of gin. Their range showcases an impressive variety of flavours, combining both traditional and exotic botanicals.
