Distillery Information

Aziendi Agricola Elena Fucci is a wine producer based in the town of Barile, in the Basilicata region of southern Italy. The wine estate lies on the very eastern foothills of the Monte Vulture mountain – an iconic landmark in the region that gives its name to the likes of Aglianico del Vulture. The winery was established by its eponymous winemaker and owner, Elena Fucci, from six hectares (15 acres) of family vineyard holdings in 2000. The estate is planted solely to Aglianico, with vines dating back to the 1960s and 70s. The estate is best-known for its Titolo label – initially the only wine produced at the winery – which took its name from Fucci's grandfather's tractor shed below the family home. Since its beginnings, however, a range of labels have been produced over the years, including a Titolo Pink Edition rosato (rosé), a Titolo Amphora (aged in the amphorae), and even a Titolo vermouth dubbed Il Vermut.
