Auchroisk 12 Year Old 2012 Cask #20051 Old Particular Douglas Laing Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML

Distilled at Auchentoshan in 2012, this single malt spent a dozen years maturing, including a finish in a tawny Port hogshead. The cask was opened by Douglas Laing in 2025, releasing 296 bottles to join the Old Particular's Wine Cask Collection.

Nose: Full-bodied aromas. Delightful and refreshing.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.

"Auchroisk distillery, a relatively young Speyside producer (est. 1974), was built by Justerini & Brooks (IDV) to supply J&B Blend using the pure water from Dorie's Well, becoming a modernist hub for blended whisky before releasing its first single malt, 'The Singleton,' in 1986, a name later repurposed for other distilleries, with Auchroisk's spirit now often known as 'The Singleton of Auchroisk' or simply Auchroisk, known for fruity, honeyed notes from its unique stills and early finishing techniques."
