Distillerie Berta is a leading family-owned grappa producer based in Piedmont, northern Italy. For Elisi, it is a two-stage process beginning with the component grape pomaces being distilled in copper pots and aged separately, before assemblage and a further year of maturation.

Nose: Delicate and impressive depth on the nose.

Palate: On the palate it is very elegant, rich and full-bodied.

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
