Bonampak Double Cask Aging (80 Proof) Dark Rum

This rum is made with a blend of barrel-aged rums from Jamaica, Guyana and Barbados. It is then aged for a minimum of 6 months in two types of casks: ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry. The combination of these two casks creates a complex and unique flavor profile that is full-bodied and flavorful. The nose offers notes of caramel, toffee, and oak. The palate is smooth and sweet, with hints of vanilla, spice, and dried fruit. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of smokiness.
