A generously aged rum from an undisclosed Fiji distillery. This 18-year-old treasure joins the collection from independent bottler Dràm Mòr with a release of 285 bottles at a robust 58% ABV.

Fiji 18 Year Old (cask 1789) - Dràm Mòr | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Bourbon, vanilla and chlorophyll are immediate but as it opens up you get a very grown up rummy note, it smells like all rums should aspire to smell, strong vanilla, jungle and gently rotting fruit.

Palate: Cold, clean and light. Gently spiritous notes with really complex rooty spices, roasted chicory and burnt caramel.

Finish: Bone dry vanilla and good damn sherry.
