From the Orkney Distilling Company comes this sweet and fruity Old Tom gin, dubbed Kirkjuvagr Beyla. In Norse mythology, Beyla is the goddess of bees (not beads, there's a different deity in charge of those), so it's not such a surprise that Orcadian honey is used in this pink tipple. Botanicals are grown on the islands, and alongside the honey from the distillery's own garden, Scottish raspberries are also added to the wonderful Kirkjuvagr Gin.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
