Detailed Description
This Whiskey was distilled once to 125 proof. After distillation, the Rye was placed in #3 and #4 char American Oak Barrels to rest for 2.5 years. Once the aging process had finished, they placed the Rye Whiskey in a tank and cut it down to 92 proof before bottling.

Nose: Spicy note complimented by charred white oak barrels.
Palate: Caramelized sugars delicately balance with the peppery rye flavor.
Finish: Smooth finish that slightly warms.

KROBAR Craft Distillery is the ethanol-induced brainchild of Stephen KROener and Joe BARton. With 40 combined years in the alcohol business, these guys had the fantastic idea to unite their skills and produce something they love: hooch. With the right skills to distill and the perfect setting in which to do it, they decided to give it a go. Now all of you can try the fruitiness of their labors!
