Made from 70% corn, 15% rye and 15% toasted malted barley, it underwent the Lincoln County process of maple charcoal filtration and was aged for 5 years in a new oak barrel. It has notes of toasted vanilla and dried mint on the nose, with eucalyptus, wintergreen, and fresh oak on the palate. Full, warm, and balanced.

Lost Lantern hand-selected this cask from Leiper’s Fork Distillery in the rolling hills south of Nashville. Founded in 2016, the distillery has brought the art of small-scale distillation back to Middle Tennessee.
