The Fijian Islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugar cane growing in rich volcanic soil at the base of The Sleeping Giant Mountain. The hand-cut sugar cane is distilled into rum and filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the taste of Fiji. After being held in oak barrels, the result is a range of deliciously smooth, distinctively well rounded rums from Paradise on Earth.

Ratu Premium Signature 8 Year Rum Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of zesty orange & dark chocolate, with a hint of coffee & charred oak complimented by a rich mahogany colour.

Palate: A velvety mouth feel with coconut, chocolate and spicy oak, followed by a lingering fresh citrus flavour on the tongue.

Finish: A Lingering Finish.
