This is a rare whisky, born out of a rare process. This 25 year old single malt from The Singleton Distillery at Duffton is a Trinity Cask Harmony. This means that it has undergone maturation in a trinity of casks: European oak, refill ex-bourbon, and harmonised together in bespoke American oak casks. What this does is create a deep and resonant harmony of flavours. It is free from chill filtration, artificial colouring, and arrives at a strength of 43% abv.

Nose: This expression has a nose of exotic spices and vintage oak, and fruit.
Palate: Sumptuous pear, sharp pineapple and passionfruit arrive on the palate.
Finish: The finish is sweet and full of body, with lingering delightful tastes of vanilla, ginger, honey and apple.
