Batch 2 of the Speyside Distillery's first-ever peated whisky, SPEY Fumare is matured in ex-bourbon barrels, adding layers of creamy vanilla to the rich peat smoke. Aromas of toffee apples, smoked herbs, malt cereal, honeyed nuts and flapjacks fill the nose. The palate offers notes of vanilla custard, stewed apples, caramelised brown sugar, toasty oak and rich peat smoke.

The Speyside distillery is a Scotch whisky distillery near the hamlet of Drumguish in the Speyside region of Scotland, close to the village of Kingussie. It currently produces the SPEY single malt, BEINN DUBH Single malt and BYRON'S Hand crafted gin.
