Purely sweet and soft arrival. Fudge, then the galore of intense pineapple and gummy bear, while the body, spiciness, vanillin, and bitterness were rounded off after a quarter of century in a less active cask. Soft, a bit waxy, and great floral aroma. The tanginess of fresh mandarin developed with chewing.
