This sparkling wine honors the Hofburg in Vienna, built in the 13th century. Until 1918 it was the residence of the Habsburgs, and since 1946 it has been the official residence of the Austrian Federal President. In addition to a large, magnificent ballroom, it also houses museums and a large part of the Austrian National Library. A building steeped in history, which plays a major role in the history of Austria. The sparkling wine is produced 100% in Austria, the production is carried out according to the Méthode Traditionelle.
