Nose: Plump sultanas, chocolate raisins, rich maple syrup, and juicy sherried fruits are joined by dense cakey spice and dried orange wheels.

Palate: Hearty notes of spiced fruit loaf and dense, oily walnuts alongside meaty jerky and hefty sherried oak.

Finish: Meaty malt lingers alongside savoury spice, while that dense sherry trails on and on.
