Yamazakura 15 Year Old Pure Malt Whisky

This Yamazakura is a ji-whisky made by Sasanokawa Shuzo Co. It is an single malt, unblended whisky, aged over 20 year. It was first matured in barrels for 15 year, followed by tanks, and finally, it was returned to barrels to complete the process.

Nose: Full-bodied, smooth. A mellow peat softly coats the aromatic palette at first, growing more powerful with time.

Palate: Smooth and soft with good sweetness and winter spice.

Finish: Finish is long, spicy and smooth.
