Nose: On the nose, sweet honey and vanilla give way to tangy orange and lemon followed by warmer notes of stewed apple and toasted almonds.

Palate: On the palate, there is a very pleasant fruity sweetness, again followed by a crisp orange and lemon tang and just a hint of freshly cut oak.

Finish: A taste of chocolate orange and baked fruits with a lingering suggestion of orris root and smoke.

Distillery Information

As the name suggests, The Last Drop specialises in top quality rare and unique spirits. Created in 2008 by industry veterans James Espey, Tom Jago and Peter Fleck, they can call on a wealth of experience from successful careers working with some of the largest spirits brands in the world such as Johnnie Walker, Chivas Regal, J&B and The Classic Malts as well as Baileys, Smirnoff and Malibu. Rather than retire, they’re putting their collective knowledge to good use and continuing to release award-winning spirits.
