Beginning its journey in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, it was then transferred into a combination of Rivesaltes sweet wine casks, Matusalem and Amoroso sherry casks, and bourbon barrels, before being married together and bottled in 2022.

Nose: Aromas of Manuka honey and vanilla pods mingle with sticky toffee on the nose.
Palate: Notes of maple syrup, baking spices, plums, blackberries, English marmalade and honey throughout the palate.
Finish: Lingering in the finish.
