Wonderful fruitiness with hints of blackberries, cherries and plum, but also some pleasant hints of coffee. Taste is rather complex, yet velvety. Along the black fruit, also some hints of liquorice.

Detailed Description
Detailed Description
Wonderful fruitiness with hints of blackberries, cherries and plum, but also some pleasant hints of coffee. Taste is rather complex, yet velvety. Along the black fruit, also some hints of liquorice. The smooth tannins turn this in a very harmonious wine. Long finish, but keeps very smooth and silky.
Producer Information
Rudeles is a family project created with the idea of āācontinuing the work of our ancestors who, generation after generation, have been transmitting the passion for the vineyard, its fruit, as well as an almost forgotten wine culture. Rudeles has 4 partners who all have special ties to the town of PeƱalba. The Rudeles vineyards are located in PeƱalba de San Esteban, in the province of Soria, 900 meters above sea level, on the eastern limit of the DO Ribera del Duero, an area little known for its wines. PeƱalba is a small but charming town, with stone and adobe houses. There is no lack of a stream, nor on its banks the poplars and the increasingly scarce elms. Refuge for abantos, alcotanes, bee-eaters, rabbits and cucuruchotas. The smells of lavender, gorse and fresh wheat perfume its sandy, clayey and gravel lands. Pure terroir.
