The aromatic palette is very wide with its notes of grapefruit, white fruits (lychees, pears) and floral scents (roses). The palate is generous, fleshy and natural. The balance is based on freshness and roundness thanks to the alliance of rolle. All the aromatic power intensifies at the end of the mouth bringing a beautiful aromatic persistence.

Alexandre Sirech produces two stunning blends: 'Les Deux Terroirs' (The Two Soils), and in much more limited quantities, 'Les Grand Terroirs'. The latter is a collaboration between Alexandre and the renowned St Emilion and Pomerol winemaker/grower, Jean-Philippe Janoueix. The pedigree of the fruit sources is naturally formidable.
