Domaine du Brantard is a couple who are committed to exploiting their land with a vision centered on respect for nature and the soils that make up our terroir. This desire was reflected in the reconversion to organic cultivation (2019) and the development of measures for fauna and flora with the aim of finding the best balance between productivity and respect for the environment. The Estate extends over 9 hectares, 4 of which, spread over 3 communes, are dedicated to the cultivation of vines. This geographical spread allows for a magnificent diversity of terroirs giving rise to complex and harmonious wines with a touch of originality which is the signature of the house. Niche vintages, aged in exceptional containers, are regularly created to take the taster on a journey ever further into the magical world of wine. The spirits are produced from the fruits of the old high-stem orchard and the vines. Harvested at ideal maturity to be fermented, they are then distilled in Julien Michel's stills in Cheyres. Each distillate is guaranteed 100% natural. The spirits are then aged in different types of containers (stoneware jars and oak barrels) in order to best express their aromatic potential. The Domaine du Brantard is also a place of welcome and reception whether during the summer refreshment bar or the winter theme evenings which are organized. The key words are always “relaxation” and “pleasure” in an exceptional and warm setting, in the middle of nature, for an outing with friends or family.
