"Caballito Cerrero's story begins with Don Alfonso Jiménez Rosales, who co-founded Tequila Herradura before establishing his own distillery in 1950. His decision to create Caballito Cerrero stemmed from a family dispute at Herradura, leading him to forge his own path in the tequila industry. "
