This Cachaça was created specifically for Cachacier and is not even available for sale in Brazil. This cachaça is a beautiful experiment from the highly acclaimed distillery, Princess Isabel. When we had the opportunity to sample this Cachaça, we were blown away.

Nose: Nose that is fruity and slightly sweet.

Palate: Notes of various tropical fruits, and spices.

Finish: Peppery warmth on the finish.

Distillery Information

Cachaça's story began when the Portuguese brought sugar cane and their distillation techniques to Brazil in 1502. The first sugar mill was built soon after, sometime between 1516 and 1526, in Pernambuco. Given the climate, sugar production and processing increased rapidly.
