Blanco tequila from Casco Viejo, a family owned company which was started by Don Jose Agustin Camarena in 1938. Made with 100% agave. With classic peppery, fruity, herbal notes rippling through it, it's definitely suitable for cocktails.
Casco Viejo Blanco Tequila | 1L Tasting Notes
Nose: On the nose, this blanco tequila is fresh and bright, with notes of fresh cut jalapeño.
Palate: It's almost creamy on the palate, with a similar jalapeño bite and an amalgam of complementary coming through, from lime and grapefruit rind to sweet corn and jasmine.
Finish: This clear tequila offers an extremely smooth and satisfying finish.
