Fary Lochan 6 Year Old Batch #2 That Boutique-y Whisky Company Danish Whisky | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Cinder toffee and light notes of toffee ripple ice cream are joined by carrot cake, dried herbs, starchy grist, and estery notes of fresh paint and furniture polish.

Palate: Herbaceous, almost botanical with a peppering of spice, fragrant grass, and garden herbs, backed by stewed green tea, oily nuts, and notes of sawdust.

Finish: A touch of raspberry sweetness develops in time, leading to an interestingly estery finish, with soft spice, foam bananas, toasted oak, and tea leaves.

In 2009, proprietor Jens-Erik Jørgensen created his first Fary Lochan single malt whiskey. Fary Lochan has since specialised in Danish whiskey, gin, aquavit and liqueur, and invests great pride in supplying the best products and stories to Danish consumers. Everything is crafted by hand to ensure the highest quality.
