Funnily enough, one of the distillery's sister companies is the Wold Top Brewery, and it's that brewery where those IPA casks came from. What luck!

Nose: Lemon cheesecake, sugared almonds, a hint of anise.
Palate: Honeyed fruit and more citrus brightness, with a hint of oily barley in the background.
Finish: Mint, herbaceous hops, toffee.
