Wilson and Morgan bottled this old vintage 1992 Jura at a cask strength of 47.5% ABV after it spent three long decades maturing. Lovely stuff, this.

Jura 30 Year Old 1992 (bottled 2022) - Wilson & Morgan | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Green apples and soft grape notes, soft baked cereal bars, lemon and lime fondant icing, banana bread and soft chewy toffee, soft spices and a little hint of beeswax, a light coastal aroma, farmhouse bread and salted butter.

Palate: Fruity with some herbal notes including a deliciously balanced spiced apple and toasted waffles, some rich waxiness with Jasmine tea.

Finish: very subtle lemongrass, ripe banana, a nice tannic flavour that balances out the rich fruity herbal notes across the lingering finish.
