Los 3 Garcias tequilas were first launched in 2005 and are "estate tequilas" in that they grown their own Blue Weber agave on 50 acres that surround the distillery. 3 Garcias Anejo tequila is aged in white oak for between 18 and 24 months, providing a color and taste that they say has "a light chocolate and pecan taste and scent.
Los Tres Garcias Anejo Tequila Tasting Note
Nose: Fruit, cooked agave, oak, notes of vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and notes of nuts.
Palate: Cooked agave, vanilla followed by wooden notes and soft smoky hints.
Finish: Silky and smooth in the mouth with pleasant and lasting aftertaste.
