Nose: Thick honey, complex, pleasant new oak, ethanol, malt, full.
Palate: Beautiful brown butter, apple, maple syrup, oak, vanilla, honey, malt, surprisingly little heat, full rich balance.
Finish: Sweet toffee, caramel, brown sugar notes, pleasantly dry.
