Santo Cuviso Blanco is a premium sotol made in Chihuahua, Mexico. It is made from 100% wild-harvested sotol agave, a plant native to Chihuahua. The agave plants are cooked in a traditional stone oven, then fermented and distilled twice. This sotol has a clean, smooth flavor with notes of pepper, vanilla, and citrus. It is perfect for sipping straight or in cocktails.
