Skellig Six18 Irish Gin | 700ML

Craft gin from the Skellig coast in County Kerry, down in the south west of Ireland. This gin takes its name from the 618 ancient stone steps built by monks on Skellig Michael (otherwise known as Luke Skywalker's island in Star Wars). The team use Douglas fir, birch, yarrow and foraged dillisk as botanicals, and it's been said to pair brilliantly with all sorts of food and dishes by no lesser authority than Michelin starred chef Ross Lewis. Garnish your Skellig G&T with a slice of pink grapefuit.

Distillery Information

Our uniquely Irish gin captures the essence of our home on the Skellig Coast by incorporating four wild, locally grown botanicals. We explored the land and sea on our gin journey, tasting wild and natural ingredients brought forth from the Atlantic Ocean to our woodland. Our chosen core botanical ingredients, Douglas Fir, Birch, Yarrow and Dillisk, were carefully selected with input from renowned Irish Chef, Ross Lewis. Each has its own individual flavour profiles which combine to create an Irish gin that competes on an international stage.
