This rare single grain Scotch whisky from Strathclyde distillery was distilled in 1977 and bottled in 2011 at 33 years old. It was released as part of The Clan Denny range of single cask whiskies from Douglas Laing & Co. Ltd. This whisky has a deep golden colour with a nose of toffee, dried fruit and spice. The palate is full-bodied and complex with notes of oak, dried fruits and spice. The finish is long and smooth with lingering notes of oak, dried fruit and spice. This whisky is a rare and unique expression that has been matured for 33 years in a single cask and is sure to be a prized addition to any whisky collection.
