Nose: Golden syrup, toasted baking spices, prune sweetness, and milk chocolate.

Palate: Caramelised coffee bean, peaches and cream, fresh summer berries, and sherried spices.

Finish: A gently honeyed, spiced finish, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
