It is distinguished by the brownish color with Rubine shades and the aroma of fruit that gives the aging in oak barrels. Teran gives freshness and vitality to Carsus.

Producer Information

More than 200 years old winecellar is located about 250-270m above sealevel and belongs to wine area of Karst. Our family has been making wine for five generation. The farm covers an estate of 30 hectares, 7 of which are vineyards, which includes around 30,000 screws. The vines are 70% Refosco, from which wine Teran is produced, the 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot and 5% Chardonnay. The remainder is Malvazija and the autochthonous grapevine Vitovska Grganja.
