Nose: Intense rye spice on the nose, layered with notes of dried apricot, cinnamon, and toasted oak, balanced by subtle caramel and a hint of dark chocolate.
Palate: Bold and full-bodied, with strong rye spice that leads into flavors of black pepper, vanilla, and charred oak. The mid-palate reveals notes of dried fruit and warm baking spices, providing a complex and balanced flavor profile.

WhistlePig dates to 2007, when entrepreneur Raj Bhakta purchased land for the WhistlePig distillery. The whiskey brand was launched in 2010, and its first product, its 10-year rye, was released in 2015.
