The Sordo Family proposes you a guided visit in the historical cellars founded in 1912. Through this tour you could discover the entire production cycle of the Sordo wines, from vinification to the salons with big Slavonian oak barrels for aging of the Barolo, where you could also visit the evocative "infernot" at 12 meters underground. The tour continues through the tunnel for aging of the wines in large bottles, that leads you to the new winery, built in 2014, the result of a modern architectural project desired by Giorgio Sordo, the third generation of the family. Here you could explore the bottling area and the storage of the bottles with Riserva of Barolo that go back to 1990. Finally you arrive to the panoramic salons where you could taste the wines of the Langhe and visit the wineshop.
