2019 | Szarka Pince | Tokaji Cuvée (Half Bottle)

A delightful dessert wine from Hungary, produced with the sweet, late harvest grapes from 2019. After a year of fermentation in oak barrels, it spends a further five months maturing in wine barrels, resulting in rich notes of honeyed stone fruits and raisins.

Producer Information

Szarka Pince goal is to make wines that are true to nature, which present the characterful, mineral, and distinctly acidic flavors typical of the Mádi region. To this end, we work on old plantations with low capital burden, with organic pesticides. In the cellar, we only use our own yeast, no enzymes, a manual Kossuth press help us process the harvest.
