2021 | Tiki Wines | Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Aromas and flavours of fresh citrus and white fleshed tropical fruits - lemon and grapefruit, whote pineapple, some gooseberry and red apple. The classic fresh green herb attribute of the variety is also part of, but not driving this wine. Dry, taut, salivating and new. Flavours reflect the bouquet accentuated with higher acid carrying the citrus new apple fruit flavours and some herbal spice.

Owned by Royce & Sue McKean, Tiki Wine & Vineyards is based in the North Canterbury Wine Region of New Zealand. Chosen in honour of Royce’s great-great-great grandfather, Ngati Uenuku Chieftain Tiki Tere Mihi, the TIKI is also a hand crafted treasure of New Zealand which, when gifted, bestows good fortune & love on others.
