Created by Don Salvador Rosales Torres at Destilería Cascahuin in El Arenal Earthy, vegetal, and herbaceous notes stand present with the use lower-brix agave from local Valley agaves Barrel conditioned for 21-28 days in brandy casks that previously held Oaxacan mezcal.

Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas.

Palate: Balanced and rich flavors.

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.

Distillery Information

Jalisco and exists since the 50s. However, they have been distilling their own Tequila since 1904. Typical lowland Tequilas are produced at Cascahuín and the area is one of the oldest agave growing areas in the Tequila region.
